We have constructed an ultrasensitive method for microRNA detection based on analyte
triggered nanoparticle localization and hybridization chain reaction dual amplification. The
limit of detection is 2 aM. Furthermore, the applicability of this method for microRNA assay in
real samples is demonstrated by the analysis of cell lysates.
